Aydee was born in Teocaltiche, Jalisco Mexico and raised in Los Angeles. Her work has been firmly influenced by her Hispanic culture as well as the rich diverse environment of Los Angeles. She is well known for her paintings of women, but her Mexican kitchen scenes bring warmth to any home. And her unique ceramics, including pottery and sculptures are just amazing.
